At Kings Meadow we aim to offer a wide range of activities to develop the children's skills as musicians.
We use a variety of resources to develop the children's musical skills in addition to making links to the Curriculum that they are learning about each term.
Charanga - is an online scheme that is used to develop children's musical skills. It builds upon the skills learnt in previous years and covers a wide variety of musical styles. As part of these units of work, the children also focus on learning through practical experience.
Each unit develops the following skills:
1. Listening Skills.
