Termly Newsletters
We are going to have so much fun learning lots of new things. We will be sending out termly
Reception newsletters to keep you up to date with our creative topics and planning.
Home School Diary:
To help you and your child settle into school life, your child will have a weekly home/school diary for the first six weeks. We will write to you to share your child's achievements, progress and celebrations.
Please reply and return back to us by Wednesday each week.
Reading Books:
We love to read!
We listen to individual readers as much as possible. Please complete your child's reading record, sign and date to let us know if he/she has read. We will then change your child's reading book every
Monday and Thursday
.
PE Kits:
We encourage our children to be as independent as possible - please practise getting dressed and undressed independently. This will really help them during PE and dance sessions.
Name Labels:
Please label ALL items of clothing - thank you!
If you have any worries or concerns - please come and speak to speak to the Reception Team.
